For St. Nicholas’ day, I got a set of writing dice in my stocking! I've always been curious how they work, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-crafted they were. I like how the different prompts fit together without being too specific, and I will definitely be using them when I need to procrastinate!

Here are some story rolls I made for fun, with some extra character rolls to add in at the end. I’d love to hear your takes on the prompts in the comments!

Story 1

A Stubborn, Optimistic, and Religious/Spiritual Man against the Supernatural in a Pre-modern Fantasy world. Told by a Minor Character with themes of Hope.

Story 2

A Curious, Needy,

Middle-class Teen against His/Herself in the Future of your Hometown. Told by the Antagonist with themes of Identity.

Story 3

A Wise but Arrogant and Uneducated child against Nature in a Future Dystopian world. Told by an Outsider with themes of Loneliness.

Story 4

A Stubborn and Clever Shape-shifter Non-Human against Man in a Foreign Country during an Ancient Historical era. Told by the Protagonist with themes of Justice.

Bonus minor characters:

A Greedy, Clever, and Privileged Woman.

A Needy, Charismatic, and Religious/Spiritual Teen.

A Curious, Impatient Man from a Minority group.

A Wise, Insecure Middle-class Senior.

An Impatient, Empathetic Middle class Non-Human.
